How do I stop using facebook forever?

Delete it forever. You might think about deactivating it, but then you CAN'T ;)

It's addictive eh? It sucks you in. Just try spending the time you normally use surfing Facebook on other sites for 3 weeks and that'll be that. I found it hard to do when I deleted mine last year but once it was gone I had no interest at all in making a new account. Still don't have one thankfully.

At least it doesn't give you a hangover.....lol. Of its completely dead you wouldn't go back to it. Find something else to do instead like knitting....lol
