There are no bad effects from alcohol consumption. Conversely, alcohol consumption helps make a person healthier. You should consider a better phrased question and as a tutorial I leave one for you below.

"What are the bad effects of long-term excessive alcohol consumption?"

Alcohol helps improve cardiovascular circulation among other good effects.

Bad effects = alcohol abuse and good effects = moderate drinking

Well im sure you know of the side effects of alcohol consumption, a freakin 3rd grader does... but anyways it damages the liver, causes impaired judgement, loss of motor skills, and you lose your inhibitions (the "liquid confidence"). Alcohol consumption once in awhile, example a glass of wine with your dinner once or twice a week, can be good because it can flush out the system. But of course, as it is common sense, over consumption on a daily basis leads to a dependency on alcohol.

    Here you go.

The only thing in the human body that alcohol has no effect on is hearing. All other systems and parts of the human physiology including nerves, brain, blood, muscle, organs, skin, eyesight, smell, taste are destroyed by alcohol. Nothing is left out of the equation but hearing. Nothing.

    1) You don’t mean and behaving out of character

    2) Causing bloating and dark circles under your eyes, alcohol dries out your skin and can lead to wrinkles and premature aging. If you drink heavily you may develop acne rosacea, a skin disorder that starts with a tendency to blush and flush easily and can progress to facial disfiguration, a condition known as rhinophyma.

    3) Alcohol poisoning can cause lung damage (as you inhale your own vomit) and even lead to a heart attack.

    4) Liver disease used to affect mainly drinkers in middle age, but now sufferers are getting younger. – more than 1 in 10 of deaths of people in their 40s are from liver disease, most of them from alcoholic liver disease.

    5) Alcohol is second only to smoking as a risk factor for oral and digestive tract cancers.

    6) Heavy drinking can cause pancreatitis.

    7) Increase the risk of haemorrhagic stroke (when a blood vessel bursts inside the brain), or bleeding within the brain.

    8) Alcohol alters the brain’s chemistry and increases the risk of depression.

    9) If you drink large quantities of alcohol on a regular basis you run the risk of becoming addicted.

Well, I never got to meet one of my grandmother's because she died of liver poisoning due to her alcoholism. It is found to worsen depression and so forth. You can become an alcoholic and I will tell you something, my other grandmother is one and it is not very pleasant at all.

Does it have any pros? Well, it is found to reduce your risk of cancer if you drink one or so glasses of wine a night. (That is her excuse and she polishes off the whole bottle in a heart beat.) Also, it can be used during social functions and something to help you relax in a way. (Although I gave myself a pretty good scare one night...)

Well there are some good things on it but comparing to good only bad are huge in numbers . alcohol which is consumed limited is ok but it gives trouble if you take over . it lead to many problems like head aches , lack of memory problems, lack of sleep , nervous problems , frequent fatigue , lever and lung cancer etc ..

They say that alcohol which is taken limited helps in reducing weight , toothache problems , reduce stammering problems and gives good speech .

My opinion is say NO to alcohol .....
