Good PT routines for marine corps boot camp?
I leave for parris island in 8 days and have been working out a lot lately. But that's mostly been my own routines. I do distance running, sprints, pullups, pushups, ab work, medicine ball throws, and kettlebell training(such as snatches and hip thrusts). with all that together, could anyone give me a very specific and complex routine that would make this last week before boot very productive? thanks and I appreciate the feedback

It would actually be better for you if you just did a light routine this next week. A few light jogs and some simple exercises will be just fine. You should just let your muscles recover and just take it easy. Good luck.

Well there's not much you can do now. Don't work too hard if you've only got 8 days left. Light running, push ups, sit ups. Some pull ups too.
