Forever Alone is an internet meme that is used in a situation where it is pointed out that the person does not and will not have a significant other.

It's just an expression, not meant to be taken seriously.

As all memes do ; someone on a random message board/forum makes the image, it gains popularity throughout said forum, then it starts to be used elsewhere. Many memes originate from 4chan and Reddit.
