I'm depressed...?
I'm a 14 years old girl. I've been through plenty of things and one of them has effected me horribly. I'm now in 9th grade, my first year in high school. I've had problems catching self confidence at school and feel strong and all comes from my looks. I'm 67 kilos and 162 cm which is fat. I feel an outsider and very weak because of my weight. I don't dress the way i want or wear my own style. I never feel good about myself and its hard being me. No rude comments please! can anyone give me some tips?

Try thinking beautiful thoughts. Forget about the ugly thoughts. Remember to just breath kind of like in that song (if you don't know it look it up its a really good song). Inhale positive energy and exhale to let go of what you don't need. Yoga is perfect for this. Is God in your life? Sometimes our prayers work best when there is nothing else to do and everything seems hopeless. You know how people say that there is a Taylor Swift song for everything? They are right. Do you ever smile? I dare you to go through a whole day smiling. But you have to do it like you mean it, no faltering. I trust everything will be alright for you =)

Greetings fellow ninth grader! I used to be insecure about how I looked and in a way I still am, but that's natural. Everything is always better than what we have. I suggest wearing what makes you feel comfortable and not letting others make you feel awful because of it. This world is already difficult enough without having to concern ourselves with our appearance. You are beautiful and although I do not know you nor have I seen you, I know that you are and you have a good heart. Don't let it be spoiled by the world and do what you love.

Hello! I am also 14 in 9th grade and we are about the same weight and height so I can totally relate to you. I used to not wear my style either becuase my weight held me back from it. I promise it gets better! I feel more confident now and you will to. Everyone feels insecure at one time in there life. You may just be inscure or you may be depressed. If you are truly depressed see a professional. Good luck! :3

It's hard to explain, but the world makes a lot more sense once you are outside of high school. No one is perfect. Just be yourself and people will respect you for it. Wear what you want, do what you want and be nice to people. Every person who's ever lived wants what you want, acceptance, confidence, love, happiness, purpose. No one gains confidence over night.

If you are feeling insecure about your weight, you should try to do something about it. You will find that your self confidence and your self esteem will start to get better when you know that you are putting in honest effort to become the person you want to be.

If physical appearance is the only concern then have you tried doing some exercise and controlling your diet? This is no magic but it will show effect in 4 - 6 months.
