    Yes you should and depending on the type of sealer you use , will determine how often.

    Silcone sealers you should do every few months.

    Pentatrating sealers ( recommended) you need to seal every year or two depending on your cleaning habits and what you use ti clean with.

    I use both Miricle 511 and Cerama Seal sealers.

    Yes.

    Yes. It keeps the moisture out and eventual molds that give bad smells.
