im a boxer i compete in the light welter 141 lb division at the moment but i find it hard to lose weight
i want to eventually go down to lightweight compete at 132 lb wil can protein powder help me achieve this weight ? wil i burn more fat ?

Protein powders are good to take immediately after a workout or when you can't get a meal in. You won't burn any more fat by taking them. You will increase muscle and thus increasing strength. You can take as many shakes as you want but make sure your calorie intake is about what you need to be 132. 3 shakes are okay, morning snack, post wo, dinner snack.
