True or false: Plants on land have unlimited access to sun for photosynthesis?

This is for a science test and I am 99% sure the answer is false since there are plenty of plants that due to a variety of reason do not actually have access to the sun, but still function. Am I right in assuming it is false?

As compared to plants in aquatic medium, plants on land have a far greater access to Sun.This is because aquatic plants have to face varying levels of submergence,turbidity,wave/tide action wherein the light intensity changes constantly. This is not the case with land plants.

The majority of plants in sea,i.e.the phytoplankton, has to face constant fall in height - as specific gravity is greater than that of seawater - hence land plants are better placed.

    Therefore the answer is True.
