How can I fix a weight loss plateau?
I've tried lots of different things to lose weight and after losing 10 lbs I've seem to hit a plateau.
I eat about 1200-1500 calories, I'm vegan, and I exercise 3-5 days a week
I'm 5'3 and 130lbs, and even though its not overweight, I would like to be between 123-125.
Any advice?

** You should try drinking 8 to 16ounces of water before each meal, this will fill you up and you will eat less, resulting in less calories every meal. ( hence the weight loss ) it worked for me I lost 50 puonds in three years and kept them off , I also walk for 20 minutes at least 5 times a week. Patience is needed,, if you want quick, this is not it, better to lose slowly than to fast ( your skin will hang and that is so ugly, you will have to hide it. Well good luck too you, hope this helps. P. S. I am in my 50's which is why it took so long, if you are younger, it will probably go much quicker.

Well, I doubt you're taking in that many calories a day, but, it's possible.
I would advise you to UP the intensity of your workouts and/or do a different workout. Do high calorie days and then low calorie days, trick your body. When you don't have a bunch of weight to lose it's soooo much harder to lose weight, so, follow my advice, be mentally strong.

change up your routine, your body can get used to you a routine and results will stop. Also be sure to take another look at you diet. Being vegan can be tough to get the nutrients that you body needs. Do some research to be sure 1200-1500 calories is even enough, having too little Calorie intake can put your body in starvation mode. It seems counter intuitive but eating a little more could cause you to lose fat faster.

Your body has probably become used to your routine.
One thing that is lacking in most people's workouts is intensity and variety. I can't devise a thousand different routines for everybody, but I know that they need to really tax the muscle and do interval training to get the best results. AND, just for a while, kick it up to 5 - 6 times a week
