Where to get snowfall Christmas lights?

Does anyone know where to get the Christmas lights that look like they are snow falling? I have researched and I know the tube lights look the best but they are over $100 for just one string. Do any icicle lights work for this effect? I see shooting star effect lights and I don't know if it's the same. Also the melting effect? If anyone knows a cheap way to get these and where the best place to find them is, I would greatly appreciate it. Merry Christmas!!
