English is your 2nd language.
It's never easy to speak a foreign language and even harder to write.
So don't be too hard on yourself.
There are any number of variations we could use to get that same message across.
Here are a couple.
- a simple correction of your text:
Elders are those who we must give the most respect to.
You could also start the sentence with "Our elders..."
-As a native-speaker I would write:
"Our elders are those most deserving of our respect."
Again, the "Our" is optional.

Hi! may I suggest?
"Our elders deserve our respect." " It is our elders who deserve our respect the most"
I would also suggest not using the word "must" as it seems to be an order,
Your English will improve in time. Good luck'
