Why am I still tired, even when I went to bed early?

Like I go to bed early, I'm tired. I go to bed late I'm tired. Is there any winning?

There's still a lot of things that can affect your sleep.

Are there any disturbances in the night? Someone snoring, pets moving on the bed, noises in the room or nearby?

Do you get up often - checking on kids, to go to the bathroom, etc?

Do you snore? Do you have sleep apnea?

How old is your mattress? Does it give you good support, or does it sag and make your back hurt?

    Is the room too cold/warm?

Some of these you can fix yourself. Some you may need to go to a doctor to work on fixing. Start thinking critically about what might be going on, and see what you can change.
