Cleaning and disinfecting my chair question.?
Okay tried asking this once. Let me try another way since I go no answers.
My nephew had an accident and pooped in my chair. What should I use to clean it? It's cloth and I need something that isn't going to ruin the color but I do need something to disinfect it. Any recommendations?
F*** it I'll just leave a note for my wife and let her deal with it.

You can try using Lysol wipes first, without spreading it too far. Do you have Resolve fabric cleaner? You can use that to clean it off. Good Luck!

Remove any excrement that is still on the chair with a scraper of some sort, then use something like diluted lysol or pine sol and with a sponge try and clean it up without soaking the fabric of the chair with it.
Don't use bleach, it will destroy the fibres in the cloth.
If you have some of those disinfectant lysol wipes then use those afterward.
Soak up the excess cleaning solution with a dry cloth, don't rub too hard. Let it air dry, or use a hairdryer to dry it.
Note to the poster below: Vinegar does not destroy the microbes in excrement.
