So I just built a new computer and need help?

Okay so what im using is

MotherBoard Biostar Hi-Fi A85w

TR2 600W PSU

graphics card XFX r7850

processor A10 5800k

Seagate barracuda 1tb hard drive

I cant get it to find a signal for monitor or my tv no matter if i plug into the motherboard or the graphics card... Do I need to install the motherboard and graphics card drives before it will start up with it meaning ill need to remove the hard drive and plug it into my other computer and install the drives then plug it back in to the new setup or do i have to fully reformat it? Sorry if im making no sense feeling a bit frantic worried I might of done something wrong.

Update:

The motherboard lights up and I can hear the hard drive turning the fans on my graphics card are spinning but I dont know how I would diagnose this any tips? also I have the psu switched to 115v and i live in california. theres a red switch on it that says 115v or 230v you can see the print 115v at the moment. not sure if any of this info helps

Update 2:

G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL

Update 3:

Also the monitor turns on and it trys to scan it just comes up with no signal... should it be plugged into my motherboard or graphics card and should I use dvi to hdmi or dvi to dvi?

Update 4:

I removed my graphics card and still no luck are we sure I dont need to reformat my hard drive or install my motherboard drivers onto it? Its the one ive been using in my intel for a while

    This problem occurs a lot.

    A. Either you motherboard is fried

    B. You have bad ram

    C. Your video card is bad.

    D. You motherboard isn't getting enough power

    E. Or worse the CPU is bad which is rare tho.

Edit: Also make sure all the connection are secured.

Edit: Remove the GPU and use the onboard one.
