help on being sick and school?

i've been sick since last friday, i missed school friday and monday and just laid at home all weekend.

i'm still feeling awful today; can't stop coughing, low grade fever, stuffy nose, etc.

my mom doesn't want me to stay home because i've already missed two days, but i feel so awful i can't do school today. any things i can say to get her to take me to a doctor or let me stay home?

    You're sick, why doesn't your mom take you to the doctor? I was sick for a week, and broke out in a terrible cough and my mom had to drag me to the doctor cause i didn't think i needed to go. :O

    Just tell her you need to go.
