What has your experience been of returning to work after long-term sickness?

I'm talking an absence of 3-4 months. What were the challenges you faced and what, if anything, made the return to work easier for you?

    I was off work once for over 3 months

    I had a 'back to work' interview, then started back on reduced hours which helped greatly

    if you were sick they will have to let you back.
