5weeks pregnant can I exercise and what types are safe?

I exercised the whole month of oct n didn't the month of nov to see if I was pregnant or not now that I am5 weeks I wanna be active with my pregnancy I just don't know what kinds of exercises are safe to do...I wanna dance Zumba or do hip hop but don't know if there safe??what kinds of exercises did u guys do or what types exercises that kept you guys in shape while pregnant thank you.

    Yes you can :) I exercised all 9 (well 10) months of my pregnancy. I was told no Zumba because of the bouncing around, but ask your doc. I took an aqua fitness class (aerobics in the pool which was AWESOME when I had a huge belly) twice a week, I also took a total tone class (strength building) once a week, the other days of the week I walked 2-3 miles on the treadmill and did either: light weight lifting, shallow squats, and upper body work. I gained 19lbs during my pregnancy and 8 of those was the baby.
