There isn't any. By the time the kidney "atrophies" it has stopped working and is dying. You cannot recover it. Kidneys atrophy from lack of function from disease or blockage for the most part.

The homeopathic remedy for kidney dysfunction is Serum Anguillae- the mother tincture is
used here. Another remedy is Berberis vulgaris. You can look up these two remedies on
abc homeopathy remedies store ( the materia medica shows up listing the kidney symptoms)
So a person in homeopathic care - would be looked at in their totality- a kidney remedy would
be given and also other remedies if needed. Prescriptions are based on symptoms and
the original cause of the problem in the first place.
If someone needs treatment for this- I would go to a very experienced homeopath and more
likely go to something like PBHRFindia.org- these are 3 generations of Indian MD's
who actually specialize in cancer/but are using homeopathic meds in the same way
as allopathic meds- they are working with the MD Anderson Cancer center ( largest usa
cancer center) bc they have over 10,000 cases in their data banks and are sharing info.
You can get treatment from them online- where they send the medicines and be monitored
for something near $60 a month ( due to the currency) they are very well respected Md's/
( I am a student of homeopathy after using it for 15 years and aware of international
drs and treatments)

You can't 'grow back a kidney', no matter what medicinal practices you subscribe to.
