NO.. Facebook does this these days with people who you check their profiles more often.. but they can't tell that you do check their profiles.. don't worry.. facebook will never make it public for other people to know when you check their profiles :)

No. Just means you have a lot of similar friends. Has nothing to do with looking at their profile or them looking at yours.
