Is there a way to set up a lock out on my computer?
I want to set up a time lock on my computer. I want a program that doesn't require a password to bypass it. The only way to get round it would be to wait for it to let me in first to turn it off! I have no self control when it comes to so called parental lock outs!
DrDave ~ I don't want a password lock out to stop others using my computer! I want a lock out to stop me using my computer until a set time! The lack of password control is to stop me bypassing it early!
Antoni ~ I was rather hoping that turning it on early would either automatically shut down the PC or show a timer to full access with access to a turn off option.

Ain't gonna happen unless you have a finger print reader or retinal scanner. Otherwise, password protection is the only way. Too much work for your fingers to type a few letters?

Sorry but if YOU have no control over you then any amount of lock out or security would be useless as the first time you encounter it YOU will TURN IT OFF because you know it will keep you away form what you want to do.
Learn to control your use and then reward yourself with some gift that you want when you have succeeded in reaching your Goal

in domicile windows vista this characteristic is already there in domicile windows xp nicely, you should use some exterior software orrrr...... you may do commerce way use swap person selection as your lock selection say in case you've already got a password on cutting-edge person then basically press swap person rather of signal off ,inspite of this to go back bak you want a password that grow to be the answer for locking if u advise putting password on person then bypass to regulate panel , person debts click on your account and there you'll locate an selection to set a password on your person account in case you try this then anytime you boot this is going to ask for password performed :)

This is bad practise because you'll be forced to shut down your PC without letting it power down in the correct way first. This can cause data loss and possible hardware problems, especially with your hard-drive.
If it's only for a set time you can use this program:
