For some people its harder then others because of genes. You might naturally gain fat on ur tummy. Trust me, your diet is the most important thing. All you have to do is eat really well, and do cardio, run 20 minutes a day. You wont see changes intill around a month. Take pictures. If you honestly stick to your diet and cardio every day for 20 min, u will loose the fat.

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight

evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in

specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are

your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have

to work double on them. The best approach is this:

    1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal

    weight, lower for overweight).

    2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.

    3. Target your problem areas with exercises.

an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a

stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,

for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure

that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you

will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your

body back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and

move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add

to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,

guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six

pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these

crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT

ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

You have to do cardio and diet. yes ab workouts help, but keep in mind ab exercises will build muscle under your tummy fat, making you bulk up in that area. If you do cardio, run 2 miles five days a week (build your stamina up to that, start slow because your legs will be sore) and limit your calories to 1500 a day (veggies, lean protein, whole weat carbs, no soda, and drink water) you can achieve this goal! Also, incorporate a Whey protein shake after you work out to help muscle recovery! Research your options with cardio, but running is best. And if you cant run for very long to start, build your endurance up. Run one min, walk 30 sec. Repeat. Do this for a week, and then the next run 2 mins, walk 30. You will get there! :) Good luck

p.s. i used to hate running. then i saw i was gaining weight after two kids, and i began running. And yes, my bf used to make fun of me because i couldnt even run half a mile without stopping to breath, but now i can out run him if i wanted to!

do cardio exercises and ab exercises. cardio will get the fat off, and muscle will make it tighter. there are also some foods that can help you debloat and increase your metabolism http://www.fitnessmagazine.com/weight-loss/plans/d... drink alot of green tea and water for your metabolism. you probably know this already but dont drink any sodas or even juices. even if it says light or zero it will still have some artificial sweeteners and sugar. juices, especially those of citrus and multivitamin fruits, have alot of sugar since the fruits taste sour and if they dont put sugar it wont taste good.
