Not at the dollar store! I bought one and it was just felt that didn't absorb anything lol. Here in the US, there are "As Seen on TV" stores in most malls. I don't know if they have them in Australia, but they sell them there. Other than that, I don't think other stores can sell them. Just from TV, internet, and the store I mentioned.
