Can you help me find a scripture in the Bible?
I am a fairly new student of the Bible, and I am trying to find where there is a command to celebrate Jesus' birth.

I'm sorry to tell you, but you want find any command...Everything is in the bible is there for a reason.
There's only two people in the bible that celebrated their birthdays and they were bad men.
Pharaoh's hung his baker on his b-day and herod had jesus good friend john the baptist beheaded.
As far as jesus being born on dec 25th, is innacurate! There's more proof and clue's showing that.and don't you think jesus would have told us to celebrate his birth, ( which I know that is what you're trying to figure out). They way the bible talks of these days are not a good thing.
Even Job cursed the day he was born.
All these lie's are man made and hopefully you will figure this out. Read your bible and stop and really think about it. If you had been in jesus place , what would your thought be on celebrating this day and how would you have felt about someone killing your friend on that day?!
Hope you find what you're looking for

The New Covenant is a "law" of Christian Liberty, where, according to Romans chapter 14, we have the right to esteem a day to God, or not esteem a day. Early Christians chose to esteem the day of Christ's birth; an admittedly important historical event.
Your question implies a paradigm where you believe everything has to be spelled out for you; what you can do, and what you cannot do. This is how the old covenant worked. The apostle Paul calls those who have this mentality "immature". It is like one who has to be told not to cross the street, regardless of circumstances. Grow up. You can cross the street now.

No such scripture.
I believe it is wrong to Christianize Christmas. We can't "put Christ back in Christmas" because He never was in Christmas! Christmas has nothing to do with the Bible. Christmas is not Christ's day. The first day of the week is the Lord's Day, the day of His resurrection, and it is the only special day God has given Christians. We are to honor Christ's resurrection, not His birth.

It requires a command to celebrate someone's birthday?? In the United States, George Washington's birthday is a national holiday, not because anyone commanded us to celebrate it, but because that is what people do.

There is none, especially since we do not know the date of His birth.
Christmas is a commemoration, not a birthday.

The closest would be the wise men that came to worship Jesus.
Matthew 2:
10When they saw the star, they rejoiced with exceeding great joy. 11And when they were come into the house, they saw the young child with Mary his mother, and fell down, and worshipped him: and when they had opened their treasures, they presented unto him gifts; gold, and frankincense, and myrrh.
