I am self motivated, I can work as an induvidual and as part of a team.

You can use a comma and a conjunction

    ",and i can ............

or replace the conjunction with a semi colon

    motivated ; I can work .........................

Its correct except the spelling of induvidual(Its Individual) but can be paraphrased as follows.

I am a Self motivated individual who can work with little or no supervision and also a good team player

These two sentences can not be clubbed with a comma. There should be a conjunction to club them.

As I am self motivated, I can work individually or a part of a team.

Change the comma to a period, or in lieu of the comma, add the word 'and'. It sounds and looks fine as it is but will run smoother. Also you have misspelled 'individual'.
