How to treat blisters from rowing?

I row crew, and have a 3 hour practice everyday. When I get blisters, I usually pop them and drain then the every night so they become calluses but today one of the blisters completely ripped off. How do I treat it so I can row with it tomorrow? It stings whenever it touches anything.

Thanks :D

Friction causees them. Peeling (accidental or intentional) is treated by simply keeping them clean and dry. Give it some time. Rowing again in the next few days may be trouble. See if you can wear gloves to protect yor hands, good luck

I received 6 blisters day earlier than yesterday. Its considering the fact that i experience horses. 2 popped at the same time using and are nonetheless extremely painful. And bandaids hold falling off. Two of them were big bubbles and that i made the mistake of popping them a tiny bit and squeezing the stuf inside of out.. NOW they fairly harm. Just a little research confirmed me that the fluid in blisters is a natural painkiller/healer and you should depart it on. My different two blisters have been additionally big however i slapped a bandaid on and dint contact em.. They are almost healed!! So try to not mess w/ your blisters, but when this is difficulty, put on a pair bandaids or wrap them in tape. This may hinder them from popping and will heal them.

Normally when you're doing it long enough there should have been a callus built already so no more blisters can be built. Maybe get some healing cream on it and an band aid so no dirt will infect it at all and than maybe it will hurt a bit when rowing again the next day but your hands got used to it real fast..
