What are these small bumps on my neck?
Yesterday 5 or 6 small red bumps appeared on my neck and im not sure what they are. There small but don't itch.

Specifically are there 5 or 6 small red bumps....This could change the diagnosis dramatically. If it's 5 then it's likely to just be a skin disorder akin to acne......But if it's 6, then it's most likely Pseudo-Hermatobolisk-Van-Doren Disease ....which almost always causes the penis to fall off in males. If it's 7 or more, though it's probably just acne again.
