What does this mean? Does he like me or not?

right basically there's this guy I had been seeing (not as my boyfriend) and I recently started getting strong feelings for him. The problem is that he's known for being a proper player and I was told he was bad news and to stay away from him, so I did, but then he started Facebook messaging me telling me that he misses me and that he wanted to be with me etc. and I stupidly fell for it and told him I wanted to be with him too. Soon afterwards he started telling me he wanted to have sex with me before we actually committed to each other, this made me think that perhaps he was just using me for sex so I said yeah because I really didn’t want to loose him (I know that’s stupid.) but I saw him the other day when I was with my friend and he was waiting to get picked up and he wouldn’t even give me a hug or anything, which upset me. I saw my gay friend mac walking whilst I was still talking to this guy and he was with his younger sister who is only 13, myself and him are 16 and 17 and he turned round to me and said “that girls well fit I would bang her” I said that’s disgusting she's 13, then I got so upset I walked away almost in tears that he had the cheek to say that to me, then later on Facebook he asked me to ask the 13 year old to inbox him so I asked her to so she could tell him she's 13, but she lied and said she was 16 which is a lie because I know her brother very well and even went to her 13th birthday party earlier this year, so I asked her why she lied about being 16 and she said to me “oh you just want him for yourself when he doesn’t even like you” I said prove it and she sent me a screenshot of him telling her that he doesn’t like me so I said to him “you told that girl you don’t even like me don’t talk to me ever again”, he said “never in my life have I told you I like you” so I said “no, not exactly” and he replied “but that doesn’t me I haven't thought it” I asked him what he meant and he didn’t reply

What does he mean? And should I just keep him out of my life?
