Crosman .357 6-shot problem?

I have an older model Crosman .357 that came with 6-shot cylinders. I bought some 10-shot cylinders from a Crosman dealer after being told they would work in my gun. However, these cylinders won't index properly. I can only use them if I treat this as a single-action revolver and manually move the cylinder into position after I cock the hammer.

Has anyone else tried 10-shot cylinders in the 6-shot model?

Yes, I had one. The part that rotates the cylinder may be worn. Thus the DA timing issue. You could send it to Crosman for service if you wish? http://www.crosman.com/
