Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim pc mods?

I have Skyrim for my pc and i really want to mod it, ive seen all these cool youtube videos with awesome mods. What i would like to know is, does anyone know where i can download some mods for free? (safe site and working mods please i dont want to break my computer)

ive modded in the past and i did no harm to my laptop, but they were widely used sites.

    It's a safe site and the majority of mods are there.

    U can also use the Steam Workshop for mods, but it is more limited.
