Is this bullying in the work place?
I am currently on Job seekers doing unpaid work experience for 8 weeks. This is my seventh week then they said I will go paid.
I loved it at first and found them to be really friendly. But when my manager came back from vacation it changed my boss toke us all for drinks and propisitioned me for sex. I declined and did not file a complaint as I want the job.
I flirted with a guy from our other at our Christmas do they are now accusing me of sleeping with him because he paid for my cab home. My manager and my other collegue this is who is a family friend of hers are constantly saying this and teasing me. Their also saying Id sleep with my boss and love the attention etc.
They teased me about this for half an hour today i put up with it despite nearly being in tears.
Is this bullying what should I do? I want paid work so bad...

You should raise a complaint with the agency that put you on the work experience, what you describe is sexual harassment and is against the law.

there are certain steps you need to take before you go directly to HR..
1. you need to tell them to stop and that their comments are unprofessional and unacceptable.
2. if they do not stop since this IS your manager THEN you have the right to go to HR and make a complaint
without your managers and the others who are teasing you KNOWING that it is bothering you, then it cant really be considered bullying or harassment. especially if you attempted to just laugh it off or something or put up with it

Yes it is blatant bullying and sexual harassment. report it to HR or the next level up. You are there to do a job, not take abuse.

Its bullying, contact human resources. Regardless if you're unpaid, you shouldn't put up with any sort of this nonsense
