Why is it easier to get a gun than a drivers license?

Because thats how Republicans roll.

Maybe for YOU? did you fail the driver competency written test? The driving competency test? Or, did your car fail it's inspection test? Geesh---real easy if you pay the slightest attention.

Where as a gun is expensive. A gun requires a background check. Some areas require hoops to prove you even need a gun. Then must fill out and pay registration fees.

A driver test and license is near cost free by comparison. Nor do they check your background. Nor can they refuse you if you pass. An FFL dealer CAN and will if he even suspects you are off your nutter. Even if you pass the background check.. Too many want to buy his arms to be so desperate as he MUST sell you one. Like he needs your money that badly. Like they WANT to be sued for selling purposely to a known nutter?

You have to go through many steps to get a gun. #1 depends on gun. If it's a hand gun you must take a hand gun safety glass. You then have to pay. Also, there is a waiting period. I think it's the other way around. Also, It's not the gun that walked in a shot someone it's the crazy person behind it. He could have taken a car and ran people over. So you want to outlaw cars to?

Guns are profitable and require no training. Drivers licenses require training, testing, and it is not for profit. Gun sales are run by the NRA

Last gun I bought I had to have a drivers license in order to show id

When I got my gun almost a year ago, I had to show 2 forms of ID, proof of adress and go through an extensive federal background check.

When I got my license, I had to show my birth certificate and proof of address, then I had to sit and take a 20 minute test, drive around the block and get my picture taken, and had my license handed to me.

Definately a lot easier to get a license lol

It is only easier to buy an ILLEGAL gun than it is to get a driver's license

It is easier to but ILLEGAL Guns on the street than it is to buy ILLEGAL Fireworks on the street

Gun Control does NOT control IILEGAL guns

What we need is to only allow Democrats to have guns. That way the Democrats could get rid of the Bill of Rights and no one could fight back. Of course, abortion murders far more innocents than guns but Democrats approve of the murder of the unborn baby 100% in their party platform. Look it up.

Because this is America.and the government make money on gun sales

Because the founders didn't think to add it to the constitution. I would support an amendment that made American's access to cars just as protected as their access to guns.

Because being a driver isn't listed anywhere in the constitution. FACT.
