does anyone have experience with the mossberg 500 grand slam turkey shotgun?

Prolly gonna sell my 590 sp 9 shot soon cause id like to hunt with a shotgun (my buddy has some good swampland and forrest property up north) but dont want to give up a home defense/fun shooting gun (which it would seem the 20" vent rib barrel on this should be perfect for) if i can also get some info about the camo paint job as far as reliability and longterm wear goes. Thanks!

Update:

@murphy's law.. nice! But i should prolly specify, i used to have a 500 field gun standard and that 28" barrel was much to large for my liking (im only 5'7".. i can handle the recoil of a 12 gauge fine but that thing was unwieldly) and would prefer a 20" tube with chokes but its nearly a 200 dollar barrel and the turkeygun is more of a deal as far as i know unless it has a major malfunction with it, hence the question existing at all.

I've got a standard 500 that I've done everything but actually hunt with it. I'm pretty happy with it and some of the turkey hunters I know seem to like theirs.
