Would covering popcorn in chocolate stop it from going stale?

I'm wondering if using white chocolate to fully encase popcorn will help it stay fresh. I know it's moisture in the air that causes food to go stale, so I'm hoping that a complete covering in chocolate will prevent this.

Let me know if you think this would work or any other suggestions to try.

Thanks!

No, but you can always rewarm it in the oven to crisp it up again. Put the oven on low, and don't keep it in there long.

You can revive popcorn by spreading it in single layer on baking sheet or pan and toasting it in 350 oven for about 15 minutes!!

These were the instructions in a large can of popped corn, mixed varieties, that someone gave our house one year! It was for the entire family and held about 20 pounds of popped corn.

just pop in the microwave for a minute - that will take extra moisture out.
