What is the best RAM upgrade for my laptop?
This is my laptop.
http://www.asus.com/Notebooks/Gaming_Powerhouse/G5...
It is upgrade able to 16GB and came with 4GB (two 2GB sticks). I'm looking to take it to 16GB for no more than ~$200. I'd like to stick around $100-$150 if possible, but I want RAM that will last and preform VERY well for highly intensive gaming and more.
So, DDR3 1333 204 Pin ram is what I need, if I'm not mistaken.
Brands I have been recommended are:
G Skill
Corsair
Kingston
What is the best I can get within my price range and what, if any, would be worth hitting, or exceeding, my ~$200 mark?
In response to:
"I hope you realize that playing games uses no more than 4 gigs of RAM, usually not even that. And this is on intensive games like Farcry 3 on ultra settings. 16 gigs of RAM would not only be completely useless but a waste of money as well."
Please use some of the intelligence that you posses to answer, or simply do not answer at all. Your answer contributed nothing and has been marked as spam.
The "and more" is things such as programming, 3D modeling, etc..
I am well aware that most games do not require a large amount of RAM; however, while I am playing a game that uses 3.2GB of my 4 GB total RAM and I want to quickly minimize to check mail, run another program, etc., I am now left with little to no RAM to use since my game is still running.
Back on topic.
I've read that Kingston has had issues and there is better out there for a bit more cost. I just cannot seem to locate any such brands.
Found a few and I'll likely get one out of them. Before I pick, I'm wondering if this

will work properly seeing as it's 1600 hz.
