How can I disable the tablet pc on my Acer?
I recently bought a new Acer laptop, called the Acer Aspire V5. There is a touchscreen function on this laptop that I absolutely HATE, and I can find no way to disable it so far. Not to mention this Acer uses Windows 8 and I hate that, too, considering I can't find or do anything on it that will not confuse me to hell. I've searched on Google for anything that might help me, and it said somewhere to uncheck the "Use your finger as input device" checkbox in Pen and Touch in the Control Panel, but that's not even there. If anyone can help me find out or tell me how to turn it off, I will love you forever. The touchscreen is irritating me to no end. Thanks.
I know I don't have to use the touchscreen, but I don't want it to be on either. It's irritating because every time I point at something, something is clicked on the screen. I hate everything touchscreen.
