Someone made a fake facebook account using my name and pics. i reported them and my friends did too but?

same thing happened to my bf. We went to the police, we pressed charges but they did NOTHING bc he loggs in from another city, from an internet cafe. He uses the account and then deletes it and uses it again when he wants. They told us they can deactivate the account forever, but they didnt so this guy still uses his pic and name. We tried changing the password several times but it didnt work. There's really nothing else you can do apart from logging in, deleting all your pics, friends, likes, messages etc so hopefully he cant use them again. Of course there is the possibility that this guy has downloaded some of your pics like in my case. He even uses my bf's hotmail account and msn to talk to other girls. I contacted hotmail but they stopped replying after I blamed them for having no plan for such "hacking" cases. I talked to him once and tried to set a date with him since I pretended I didnt know my own bf, but he understood it and stopped talking to me. Then I threated him, told him he 'll get arrested and I haven't seen my bf\s account active since then... PFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF! Get a life of your own guys!!!!!

Leah1, of course he can be arrested. You need to press charges first though.
