What should you do if you undergo a psychosis attack?

Write down everything that your thinking, so after you can remember what went on. Knowing your having an attack is important. Afterwards, you should consider what was going on in your environment, what you were thinking or worried about during the attack, and try to see if you can control these factors. Always know your not alone, you will get through this, and love and trust your instincts. Do something nice for yourself everyday. Try to train your brain to think positive. Good Luck.
