Thermaltake psu wont run?

We upgraded or power supply to a 750w and the new one won't work. Is it faulty? Only we checked it with a multi meter and it seems to have power but when plugged into the computer it won't run...

    Make sure you have connected both the large 20+4 connector and also the one by the CPU either square 4pin or 6-8 pin.
