What does my weird dream mean?
I had a dream last night that I was swimming through a river that I thought was murky but some girl that was swimming in there too told me it was sewage. It was so gross haha ;(. So I quickly tried to swim out and saw a slimy tentacle reach up then go back under and I asked the girl what that was and she said "there's two tentacles in this river and they both would like to bond with you." I said "what?!?!" And appeared outside my house. I went to walk across the bottom of a big hill by my house but I saw a man in a turban yelling at the sky "I'm not who I think I am!" Then I woke up. It was really weird.
If it helps I've never seen the girl before or the man before.

The path you are on is not a good one.
The other girl represents wisdom. She is trying to tell you that your path is worse than you think it is.
The tentacles represent the arms of a large organization, such as a family or business. There are two organizations of people that want to keep you on the wrong path because they somehow believe they gain from it. Do not go back to them after you have changed your course. They are slimy arms of a large, nasty creature.
As soon as you have changed your path, you will feel close to home. But you still take the comfortable path, walking along the bottom of the big hill instead of climbing the big hill to the top.
You are going to feel good about your choices in life. Then you will get comfortable instead of improving. You will meet someone who also chose the path more comfortable to them. They will be angry at God because they think they did everything right. But they didn't, and neither are you.
You must take his hand and ascend the hill. Take the path that you KNOW you are supposed to take. Not the path that keeps entering your thoughts... but the path that you know you must take and you keep refusing to take. That is where you must go. And that man needs your help to see it because his head is covered and that is his shame and it blinds him and sends the light away from his mind.
Pay attention to the small details.

Bodies of water in dreams usually point to your emotions. It sounds like you are wading through some strong, difficult, and confusing feelings in your waking life, trying to make sense of them...all the while, trying not to be pulled under or swept away by them.
