Abs does not work but i did find out that i have a bad wheel speed sensor on my rear passenger wheel... Would that cause the whole abs system not to work or just on that wheel?

I agree with Ramon with the exception of the grammar lesson. We're all adults here and your problem relates to your car and we're not in an English grammar class. As long as we can understand your question we can answer it. The short answer to your question is yes, one bad sensor deactivates the entire system. One point that Ramon didn't make was that even when the ABS isn't working, you still have functioning brakes but... without the ABS. Years ago before ABS there were hydraulic brake systems in use on all vehicles. In your situation now that's exactly what you have, a fully functional braking system but no ABS. Back in those days we had to pump our brakes to prevent skidding, that process still works until you can get the ABS sensor replaced.

making a valid and vibrations must be serious in case you ignore about it because there aren't any "dummy lights" on yet. have the vehicle checked. there is vibration contained in the brake pedal once you're braking and lowering your p.c. to 10mph? it ought to have some thing to do with warped rotors or your rim. get it checked asap. no longer some thing worse than dropping your brakes. ask toyota prius proprietors.

Ramen's answer is correct. I need to recommend to Ramen, that you should separate your answer in to paragraphs. It would make it easier to skim, which is how many people read text.
