Why isnt Yahoo Answers addressing my appeal?

I wrote a question asking Jehovah's Witnesses to answer a question about their beliefs. With some of my friends on here, they asked the same question and it'd been collectively shot down by Jehovah's Witness users. You can see in my Q&A that it's a suppression tactic they use. I asked the question, and not a single community guideline was violated.

I specified it was important that it be answered by Jehovah's Witnesses only and stated that I didn't want it obscured by people the question wasn't directed at. By the community guidelines, it's considered "not answering according to the question." I said I would report those who violated this community guideline.

A user who was a level 7 Top Contributor answered, admitted he wasn't a JW (not answering according to the question), told me I could do nothing about it because he was level 7, and threatened to report me because they would believe him over me (bullying). I reported him anyway.

I don't know who reported my question because it was gone within 15 minutes of being posted. I appealed, told YA mods that my question didn't violate guidelines. Asked them why they couldn't tell me what guideline I violated. I told them I wanted to know why their moderating is lax.

It's been a week and I haven't received word one about my appeal. My question is still gone. They only took the 10 points instead of the 20 for a failed appeal. No emails saying yay or nay.

It took minutes for them to delete my question, so why is it taking over a week to get resolution? The last time my question was "reported as abuse" I schooled YA and my question was back up in 24 hours. So this isn't regular.

Does anyone know why YA could be procrastinating? My question is losing valuable time and users shouldn't be faulted for the lack of effort mods put into researching reports. The time it's taking isn't even a sufficient representation. It's taking over 672 times longer than it took to delete my question just to get an answer.

Any help would be appreciated.

I think I might have been the one who reported your question because it annoyed me that you had the audacity to think that you can demand that only Jehovah's Witnesses are allowed to answer your question or you will report them.

So there is basically two things going on here:

1.  You are annoying me.
2.  Your question is a clear and obvious violation of the Y/A terms of service.

Incidentally, I ended up being classified as a "trusted reporter" because of this battle I've had with some Aussie spammers in the math/statistics section.  Together with about seven or eight other level 7 accounts, we have worked to eliminate the spam about their vanity publisher textbook.

What this means is that I have several year of reliable reporting under my belt, such that I can (usually) have an answer or question removed with only my own report.  However, I am very careful to *only* report Q/A that could not win on appeal because it is an obvious and flagrant violation.

So the bottom line is that I win and you lose.

You can't demand/threaten that only Jehovah's Witnesses answer your questions.  That violates the TOS.  Also, a newbie account will find it hard to successfully report a level 7 account.  On the other hand, a level 7 account who has developed a reputation as a "trusted reporter" can easily have your question removed as a violation of the terms of service you agreed to when you signed up for Yahoo Answers.

The fact that you threatened to report users violating the community guidelines got you Q deleted IMO.You can't threaten or tell people they are reported or about to be.If you don't hear back from them within a few days your appeal was not successful.

uhm... anybody can answer your question and many will do so because they can. Many want to spoil your party and give lame answers... 

since you are a report monkey then just report everybody who does not do as you say and thumb down all answers you feel does answer your question.

The more you report people wrongly, the less they will take your advice. 

Think of it as Yahoo spitting in your fast food hamburger because you were a distasteful person when you gave your order to the teenager serving you.

I’ve been  appealing violations ever since I got on here in 2010, and have NEVER received any sort of reply at all. I’m beginning to think it’s all bogus.

Looks like you got your answer from a NON JW............please do not spred lies that you cannot prove! how do you know it was from JW's ? How do you know that it was not from NON JW'S who were annoyed by the fact that you asked for answers that were ONLY from JW's. So please do NOT spread such rumors !
