How do I join the Pinkerton security agency?

I want to become a cop and I want a security job while I go to college. Does anyone know anything about Pinkerton? I mean, do I have to go to college to join? I saw that I can apply on their website. I live in Florida btw.

    google your state's laws on private security guards.

    find out what is required , where to take the tests etc.

    contact local Pinkerton office for real answers.

    most are ex military or P.O.s
