asus k501 is F***ed up?
ok peeps here goes. my friend brought me this laptop. I turn it on and it looks like a 1985 Nintendo game blew up, the screen is all scrambled. external monitor can't get a signal out of it so no matter what i do i can't see what is going on (which makes me rule out broken screen) it does not appear to be loading windows at all, and it would not boot my linux disc either, any ideas?
if it was just the hard drive i would know. my linux disk bypasses the hard drive and loads from the Ram
