Christians: If murder wasn't a sin would you kill people?

no,i generally avoid causing people harm whenever i can.

Murder is complicated issue. Murder happens out of greed or anger or lust of it or even more things....... Murdering someone depends on the person you are killing....if you kill a good family man that has lot of friends this will lead you to death penalty or life in prison plus society look down on you and revenge is high.... however killing a loner or loser or evil person there will probably be less regret on doing it and lesser prison sentence and their lives won't be heard as much on news or people wouldn't care at all...

I'm not a christian, but I like this question. I've always said that even if it was an accident and there was no way of me ever getting caught - say for example I drove down a country lane one night and killed a pedestrian, but nobody saw- - I would still have to hand myself in. I could not live with the fact that I had ended a life on my concience.

I find it sickening that people actually murder others, just for fun, or to fulfill some perversed desire that they have. They don't deserve to live themselves imo. Once an outlaw, the law should not apply to you.

A big NO. There have been plenty of times, in my child/teen that I wanted someone dead because of how they were treating me (now I recognise it as just wanting them to leave me alone).

I have not got it in me to kill anyone or even physically hurt them. I have often wanted to spit, slap, but never actually gone through with it; I would usually turn in on myself!

Now that I am a christian ie one of Jehovah's Witnesses, that is even more so a big NO.

Murder and killing aren't the same thing.

One is justified, the other is not.

exodus 22:2

If a thief be found breaking up, and be smitten that he die, there shall no blood be shed for him.

And against mans moral code or law unless in self defense!!! I do know that no gods or devils exist anywhere outside of any ones properly programed or brainwashed mind!!!

Of course they would; they'd simply call it an auto da fe.

They'd do that even if it were a sin if it weren't illegal
