Can I swap a Vtec in 91 240sx?

Im new too cars sorry if the question was asked poorly , recently I bought a 240sx and I have a friend selling a Vtec , and I want to put that in the 240sx , is this possible.?

    You cannot put a Honda part in a Nissan. The world will come to an end.

    Just too chime in here....you can put the f20c into the 240sx. Plus it comes with that vtec you speak of
