Does the toradora anime cover all the light novel volumes (10)?

Question

Almost done with the series and was wondering whether the anime covers the entire light novel part including how the novels end? Or have they deviated from the novels midway through or done something like just change the ending and kept everything else the same (i.e covering majority of the plot from the novels)?
If the anime stops midway through then could you tell me from which volume i should start reading the light novel?

Yes, the anime covered all 10 volumes of light novel.
The light novel has more(really more) details and a slight twist to the story here and there. And the last volume(novel ending) is different from anime ending.

Since the story twist occurs at random place, I can't point you where to start your light novel. 
You can read the different last volume alone but with more details and slightly different approach than anime, you will probably not understand it.

So my recommendation is Either
-read the light novel from start
OR
-forget the novel and enjoy the anime ending
