A soft lavender.
A dark purple. (however, a tiny strip of it...)
A deep red, like burgundy. ( a candy red will clash..)
I would even go with a rich brown, since the champagne is a mix between a light tan and cream... so that would be the base for this complementary color. Play a little with all the options,

I suppose it is okay, better than white if the footwear and the purse have the specified identical color if they have one-of-a-kind colors then wear white rather but no different color, black is horrible with yellow, looks like a bee^^ and different colours are just an excessive amount of with yellow, so either champagne, lighter yellow or white!

My own answer would be shoes that are pearl white in color with a low heel style, they would compliment the dress without really drawing attention to the wearer.
