yeah, I fully suspect that GW had a little Jungle Fever and then paid Kenye to say "George Bush hates Black peepoles!" on national tv just to throw us all off.
That's truly how evil he was. He may, and I do mean may, have actually caused Katrina with his supernatural psychic powers just to create that disaster as part of the master plan.
