Would i be able to wire 2 dual coil subs to 2 seperate amps?
I have 2 alpine 15 inch subwoofers both with dual voice coils rated at 4 ohms per coil (4+4). I want to try to get 2 seperate amps they are rated at 750w max rms. Would i be able to do this easily? If i was to go with this configuration would each of the wiring circuits to the subs be rated at 2 ohms?

yea you will be able to wire each sub to 2 ohm and its not hard to find amps at 800 watts rms @2
but why not run an amp @ 1 ohm ?
you can get an audiopipe 1500d for about 140 with over 1000 rms @ 1 ohm
or if you want a fosgate 1500.1 or 1000.1 there is plenty of power there
but as far as what your asking yes you can but its more efficent to have single amp
