I got a 30 day suspended sentence in County A in 2011. I have court tomorrow in County B for a class U felony.
Will I have to serve the suspended sentence in county A because I broke the terms of the 'agreement' by breaking the law?
Will the judge in county B be aware of the suspended sentence given that it is in another county?

Yes you have to serve the suspended sentence in county A because you broke the terms of the 'agreement' by breaking the law.
